Returns
Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Message us on WhatsApp first. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by you; we refund the product price once we receive it sealed.
Damaged or wrong items
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We replace the item free or refund you in full, including shipping.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Cancellations
Cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method, or your bank or UPI for cash amounts, within 7 working days.
